Standard Shipping Policy
Standard processing time is between 1-5 business days. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

As someone who’s worn wigs for years, let me share my secret spa routine for keeping human hair wigs silky and vibrant. Follow these steps, and your wig will thank you with runway-ready shine!
Step 1: Detangle Like a Pro
Before washing, I always treat my wig to a little pre-wash pampering. Using my fingers, a wide-tooth comb, or a soft wig brush, I gently work through any knots, starting from the ends and moving upward. This keeps the wig from tangling further during the washing process.
Step 2: Set the Stage with Lukewarm Water
I fill a basin or sink with cool to lukewarm water. Hot water is a no-go – it can strip the wig’s natural shine and even weaken the fibers. Trust me, room temp is your wig’s BFF here.
Step 3: Shampoo with Care
Next, I mix a sulfate-free shampoo into the water and let the wig soak for 3-5 minutes. For glue residue near the lace front, I flip the wig inside out, apply shampoo directly to the cap, and massage very lightly.
Step 4: Rinse Right
After shampooing, I rinse the wig under a gentle stream of water, always flowing downward in the direction of the hair. This keeps cuticles smooth and avoids tangles.
