Shipping Information


We want to make sure you get your order as quickly and safely as possible, no matter where you are.

Delivery times are split into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time
We process orders Monday through Saturday, usually within 0–2 days.
Cutoff time is 10:00 PM (PST).
We don’t process orders on Sundays or holidays.
Just keep in mind—processing time is separate from shipping time, so be sure to plan ahead!

Shipping Time & Fee

3-7 working days to America. < FedEx/UPS/DHL >

3-5 working days to Canada. <DHL >

3-5 working days to Australia. ( DHL )

5-8 working days to Europe. ( TNT/GES )

4-7 working days to South Africa. ( DHL )

* Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

Please Note:

Just a heads-up: some of our items are already stocked right here in the US, so those usually arrive at your door in about 3–5 business days. But for others, they might be in our China warehouse or need a little extra prep time before they ship. In that case, delivery could take more like 3–7 business days, or sometimes a bit longer. It really just depends on where the item is and if it’s ready to go.

We always do our best to get your order out the door fast, but we seriously don’t recommend ordering any later than 48 hours before you actually need it. Honestly, it’s way better to give yourself a solid 2-week cushion—just in case any unexpected delays pop up along the way.

Also, quick reminder: we don’t process orders on Sundays (since shipping carriers are off too), and things may move a little slower around holidays.

One more thing—if we’re missing a phone number or the shipping address isn’t complete, we’ll hang onto your order for 5 business days. After that, it’ll be canceled and refunded. So double-check that your info is correct when you check out!

 About Damage and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
