Q: How long does crochet hair last?
A: With proper care, our 100% virgin human hair crochet extensions can last 1–2 years or longer.

Q: Does crochet hair tangle or shed?
A: Minimal. Our crochet hair is double-inspected and designed to reduce tangling and shedding with proper maintenance.

Q: How do I care for crochet hair?
A: Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, detangle gently, avoid excessive heat, and allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

Q: Can crochet hair be curled, straightened, or dyed?
A: Yes. Because it's 100% virgin human hair, you can curl, straighten, blow-dry, color, or highlight it. We recommend using a heat protectant before styling.

Q: Is it 100% human hair?
A: Yes. All RhisoHair products are made from 100% virgin human hair, offering a soft, natural look and long-lasting quality.

Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, our human hair products can last over one year, and many customers enjoy them even longer.

Q: Can I curl or straighten the hair?
A: Yes. You can curl or straighten it just like your own hair. We recommend styling between 230–250°F (110–120°C) and always using a heat protectant.

Q: Does the hair feel rough or dry?
A: No. Our 100% virgin human hair is soft, smooth, and naturally healthy-looking with proper care.

Q: Will the wig fit my head?
A: Yes. Our wigs feature a standard 22–23 inch medium cap with an adjustable drawstring and elastic band, making them suitable for most head sizes, including smaller heads.


Orders & Payment

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Select your preferred product options, add them to your cart, then proceed to Checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation after successful payment.

Q: Why did my payment fail?
A: Common reasons include an incorrect CVV, insufficient funds, a declined transaction, or exceeding your card limit. You can try another payment method or contact your bank.


Shipping

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also log in to My Account to check your order status.

Q: My tracking number isn't working.
A: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support team.


Orders & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. Please contact Rhiso@Rhisohair.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Orders may be canceled because an item is out of stock, payment couldn't be verified, or the shipping address is invalid.

Q: I forgot my password.
A: Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is completed.
